Jared, do we have the q401 resistor channel side flip documented somewhere? In case Filipe would be using q401 for ignition control?

I don't' think I fully understand the question, perhaps that's because I'm assuming my cryptic schematic is clear :) What I was trying to indicate, is that normally R402 is 0 ohms, and R401 is not populated. Then if you need that funky ignition circuit which was found on at least one engine setup, you would populate R402 with a 100 ohm 1 watt thru hole resistor, and R401 with a 75 ohm 1/2 watt thru hole resistor. If you have any more questions feel free to ask.

The reason to consider this trick here is that it's easier to buy fewer kinds of different parts - since only one coil is needed this would eliminate the need in TC4427

You could probably engage the starter under normal use, and call that a hybrid :) It's cranking right along in that video. I'd bet it slows down once you have compression.

Does this mean you can attempt a capture of the crank signal pattern? I'm not sure how far along you have gotten the soldering.

This's to check the starter motor only. The engine it's without cilinder head, need adjust head compression to this piston.

I've added some info regarding triggerinfo command on the wiki: http://rusefi.com/wiki/index.php?title=Manual:Software:Trigger#Troubleshooting_trigger_input

I've changed the input pin for you so that you do not need to re-solder anything. Please update to latest version of the firmware and execute 'set_engine_type 29' to re-apply your configuration.

Once you do that, your triggerinfo command would start showing PA5 as your input pin:

I believe you should be able to change the input pin via TunerStudio also.

Looks like we are getting closer :)

What is your plan for sensors? What are all sensors you have and what are you going to use for engine load - TPS/MAF/MAP?

Maybe i will do it by tps, because my engine only have one cylinder and the map signal isn't constante, it´s like a wave. I think will be hard tune it with map sensor.

Wait a second, this is taken care of! You do not need to worry about the wave.

It is also a wave for a 4 cylinder, that's why we have MAP sampling start angle and MAP sampling window angle, and then we average the values within that window. I guess the same would apply to your one-cylinder same exact way as we average a piece of 1st cylinder wave.
