Re: Something happened with ECU on my drag car
What is the name/model of the ECU? What is the large chip next to this? is it some add-on board mounted vertically?

No,I do not remember exactly, but it's module output may be as injectors and other loads. I can try to find out

Re: Something happened with ECU on my drag car
Making a schematic can often help identify what it is, I might guess it's a transistor of some sorts, or perhaps a diode.
There are web pages that list chips via markings, see these examples.
http://www.markingcode.com.cn/en/search/index.asp
http://www.s-manuals.com/smd/g6
This produced this page, but you probably do not have that many regulators on this board, so I do not think to be your chip. A schematic would help determine it's not a regulator. More searching might find it.

Re: Something happened with ECU on my drag car
The second pin SOT23-5 is a ground of ECU.
I have several versions
s-809019CLMC
EUP7965
This is very suitable according to the schematic:
EUP7965-25VIR1 Pinout, Pinouts
EUP7965-25VIR1 Application circuits
I unsolder a good one.
How to check it? It may be included in any kind of diagram or apply voltage?
