Main Board PROG USB connector

My brain seems to be on vacation. We have a "PROG" USB connector on the main board. I'm pretty sure I used it on my previous rusefi. However, I can't seem to make it work on the latest one (Board #82). Is there a jumper to enable it that I forgot about?

BTW: Building this one for a '91 Miata with VVT engine swap. Just like the humpback.

I believe it is best to flash firmware via top green board connector and change settings via bottom green board micro usb connector.

Usb port is smarter thus more reliable than red board ttl prog port.

There's my problem then. I was trying to conenct to Tunerstudio via the "PROG" port on the mainboard. That's not going to happen, is it?
So TS is still either the Micro-USB, or Uart to PC10 and PC11 or whatever that was- correct?
