Trigger Wheel Teeth

Post by sparky »

I am taking my flywheel to the machinist tomorrow and just want to understand if there are any restrictions on the number of teeth and skip teeth with RusEFI? This is for a single cylinder 2 stroke engine. Since it will be manual machining, the machinist may be restricted by his equipment. so probably 36, 24, 20... at least to the degree.

Tons of teeth can have a little trouble at very high RPM, so 24-1 is probably a safe bet.
