Davey’s Frankenstein build Qs

So I purchased the Frankenstein kit with the STM32 board, and I’m just checking over all of the components (mainly just double checking capacitance) and I’ve found 260 pcs that read between .39nf and .45nf. Is this correct or is my meter just not sensitive enough? Do I need to get a meter capable of reading in pf before moving forward? Or can I just trust the red label writing on the strip to be correct? Also, on that note, is there a chart somewhere that will tell me what the red writing on the strip is equivalent to?Thanks!

Some caps are more critical then others. Do you have a list of caps that you are concerned with? I suspect they are probably close enough. Most caps on this are just decoupling caps. Some caps like those connected to the XTAL's, or the switching parts of the power supply are semi-important. However even those can handle a fairly large tolerance.

These strips of caps are the ones in question. First time I’ve tried testing a cap with my fluke meter, has a farad setting, but just sitting at rest reads .37nf so I’m hesitant to trust it... but anything above .37nf seems to read correctly, up to 112.0nf. Meter shown after just turning on, and switching to capacitor setting, reading .37nf just sitting there.

I just removed one cap at a time, one from each strip, and tested, so that I would know what the red number corresponded to a capacity, and all others read higher but these 13 strips of 20 were between .39nf and .45nf another question I have, can I skip some of the components as I am only running two injectors and two cylinders? Also I intend to use only a hall-effect sensor, and a TPS sensor, as it is a two stroke engine, the o2 sensor would just fail very prematurely.

I am trying to communicate the fact that these three digits are code which you can decode, you do not have to measure - you can recode it.

Also 6K8 is probably not a cap but a 6800 OHm resistor?

I meant where will these be going on the PCB. For example, something like C240 on page 3 of the Frankenstein schematic. Where would the caps in question be installed?

Also when you measure with the meter, you can subtract the 0.37nF to get a more accurate reading. AKA if you measure 1.37nF, you can consider this to really be 1.00nF.
