As of April 2019, rusEfi is quite far from GDI gasoline direct injection. No reason not to make some baby steps

Went to a yard today tring to find a connector for BMW 760 13647512081 injector, did not find anything. My naive idea was to grab other GDI injectors but in reality those all had different connectors.



Did not really find the connector But grabbed a few random relevant parts.

From just grabbing injectors I know now that VAG is less enjoyable to work on, Ford seemed easier with less stuff on the engine and fewer kinds of special tools required. Focus seems to be using a lot of Bosch licensed stuff - https://rusefi.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=582 154 pin ECU connector and Bosch-inspired ETB with a custom connector.

QUESTIONS:
1) is calibration available for Fuel high pressure sensor 0261545035 or any other VAG Fuel high pressure sensor?

2) what is 9F972EA - is it high pressure, low pressure or both? eBay is a bit confused about this part number. is calibration available for it?

Oh snap, if I had known you were looking for some of those plugs I could have pointed you in the correct direction, that's the same as 90% of 80s/90s bmw injectors. It's a pretty standard Bosch connector.
