Banning all "emissions defeat devices" basically.

Seems to be ebay.com only

no stm32f407zgt6

https://github.com/rusefi/rusefi/wiki/Chip-Shortage-Parts-Interchange says "256KB RAM required" which stm32f407zgt6 is not

Finally installed my v0.3 in my latest track car (Holden VE commodore with the LEO Alloytec HFV6). Car starts and runs... yay!

There are a few errors on the online pinout diagram for the 23pin connector I found in the process of getting it working. The main one is that pin 14 is listed as a gnd but is actually one of the usb comms lines. I was losing Usb whenever this plug was connected until I checked the schematic.

There was a couple of other pins that were also wrong related to usb signals on this connector, I think maybe these were marked as the canbus lines on the pinout from memory. I assume there has been a hardware change at some point between versions.

Also is there a summary anywhere of the hardware mods required to get the knock sensing working? If chip availability wasnt an issue I would probably just go with a new board. As it is Im thinking I might try and kludge this board.

You would not believe it - https://github.com/mck1117/proteus/blob/master/changelog.md was created about a week ago :)

I've just mentioned USB removal on the changelog.

Just a question bought for my w201 2.3 8v denso honda hall sensor that needs 12 volt and outpouts 12 volt square signal
Proteus can accept 12 volt digital input for rpm signal?

Yes digital inputs are 12v tolerant when official parts were soldered.

Is the LPS22HHTR sensor compatible with Proteus firmware?
According to datasheet, it should have the exact same footprint and pinout as the current LPS25HB, and also the same pressure range.

LPS25HB: https://no.mouser.com/ProductDetail/511-LPS22HHTR
LPS22HHTR: https://no.mouser.com/ProductDetail/511-LPS22HHTR

If not compatible; would it be an option to tweak the firmware to allow for use of multiple alternatives during these times of supply chain issues?

digikey just randomly had x86 of VNLD5090 in stock a week ago and those were in fact delivered today!

Mouser was promising VNLD5300 with 11/2022 delivery, three days after order it's 03/2023 delivery :(

Low side 13 output has a flyback diode, is that output good to control relays at all? At the moment https://rusefi.com/docs/pinouts/proteus/ list LS13 as suggested main relay control pin.

I have a bunch of damaged proteus returns - those units are both blue (not JLC) and black (JLC)

Most obvious test which fails - units do not stay in DFU mode if powered by UBS. Reference red good unit stays in DFU mode a while while damaged units just reset out of DFU mode, then start running main firmware, then again reboot or hand while in main firmware. https://github.com/rusefi/proteus/issues/2

Are the injector drivers on Proteus capable of handing 8.5ohm injectors? Specifically Bosch 0 280 158 333 injectors.

The datasheet for VNLD5160 doesn't specify if the 3.5amp drain current is per channel or total. If per channel that would be fine, if total it might run into some thermal issues?

I've searched and can't find an answer.

It is per channel ...
and it has overvoltage and overcurrent protection ..
...thermal also ...

..when you are not sure, change it to VNLD5090

Yes VNLD5090 are in stock but at some point it becomes a heat dissipation question, I am not qualified to run the actual math.

I have an ancient version of proteus lying around that I never used because knock was broken, v0. 3! There is any hardware mod I can make to have it working? I don't need nothing fancy, it's not a race car, but its supercharged and I would like to have some safety in case something fails. :D

I am having issues using VNLD5090 with higher current. Working on a vehicle with direct fuel pump control without a relay: one vehicle / one Proteus fuel pump was operating great I did not even have to look at the numbers. Another same vehicle / a few different Proteus units I have locally are failing to drive 4A.

Vladimir says VNLD5090 is not guaranteed to drive 4A if we control it with just 3V? I've jumped 5v from IGN6 to drive a VNLD5090 and got short-term 4A fuel pump control only to see VNLD5090 get hot and current drops to 2A pump stops pumping :(

Does that channel have a diode fitted?

I've tried this both with and without. Red board with 5v control jumper wire has diode while say white board without the control wire mod does not have the diode.
