Trigger wheel setup

Post by SHOf429 »

Looking for a bit of advice setting up the cam and crank triggers. The engine has three teeth on the crankshaft, each one representing 120° of engine rotation. There are equally spaced teeth and windows with a hall type sensor. There is also a single tooth camshaft sensor that represents 180° on, 180° off of camshaft rotation. Basically it shows on for one engine rotation and off for the second.

Both sensor signals are fed to the OEM computer has a square wave, not sure if it is open drain or voltage source.

Is there an existing configuration in the firmware? If so, which one do I use?

You would need to click a few menus to describe that configuration. See two images at https://github.com/rusefi/rusefi_documentation/issues/59 which I believe accomplish what you are looking for.
