Does anyone know part number of this Mercedes connector? Is it available new? How much is a cheap used ECU to take apart?

It looks like it is a Bosch connector.

The smaller pins distance is the traditional 2.54 mm pitch 2 in a row.

The bigger pins are used in other ECU connectors as well i presume for higher current so it can be constructed from smaller connectors.

My plan was to do this on a test pcb and connect it to the MRE harness, actually i already did it, but is to Maad Max style :)) and i would not drive with that.

Jared, your drawing on the connector is amazing - all the pins have aligned just fine!

Jared, your drawing on the connector is horrible you forgot to include two white pivot pins! Any chance you can add those onto the drawing?

Open question what is the best term for this connector

On the one hand we have technical drawing which shows 8+4+40+24+48+21=145 pins

On the other hand in reality it seems to always be 23 pin in "C" section so 8+4+23+24+48+21=128

At least both 4 cylinder and 6 cylinder ECU I have in my collection have same 23 pin "C" section.

Damn this 2003 C200 compressor uses different connector, it uses 4 out of 5 section on the 134 :( is not that an M111 engine? is that vehicle just a bit too new?
