Next step adding TJR1443AT/0Z to test it on the adapter and we need to document our power supply plan just to make sure we are on the same page.

Harley now runs well enough for dyno steady state tuning w/ proteus & handmade shitty adapter. Next step, finishing good adapter design, tuning, debugging, and prototype production time!

Each cylinder has an acceleration-type knock sensor that, with ECM control, protects the engine from detonation. Within one or two detonating cycles the system pulls ignition timing back to prevent abnormal combustion. The system is an improvement over the previous ion-sensing knock detection.

Very rich AFR, very little timing, first revision tune on the Harley.
For context, this exact bike, with the stock ECU made 70.1WHP
Today we peaked at 78.4whp/101.3 w/ WCF.
Massive thank you to Dave for the tuning & Simon for his vast knowledge on all engines.

I'd say this is one hell of a success. Tomorrow we see if this bike has anything more to give.

Dave and I discovered yesterday that the stock air filter is stupid restrictive. Pulling up to an inch of mercury post 3300. Today we have done 3 more runs with no air filter, and by god torque curve is way better, with HP peak moving by 300-500RPM forward. Time to look into better air filters.

And looks like it's the second and most serious JLCPCB fabrication issue we've experienced so far A few vias seem to be shorting layers those are not supposed to be shorting.
