Just a tiny board to divider TTL signal frequency either by 8 or by 16, just to save rusEFI CPU cycles.

Test log https://rusefi.com/online/view.php?log=400 open question if 36KHz is a good speed for undivided testing.

Open source hardware https://github.com/rusefi/rusefi-hardware/tree/main/frequency-divider
