pretty outdated post please see https://rusefi.com/ for better info

We are using stm32f4discovery as the main processing unit plus a couple of status LEDs and a reset button. Some boards are available for sale, see https://github.com/rusefi/rusefi/wiki/Hardware

See https://github.com/rusefi/rusefi/tree/master/hardware#user-content-modules

Pinout as google doc

Known to work:
Frankenso - our best ECU board so far!
64 pin 176122-6 ECU connector board
121 pin connector 368255-2 ECU connector board
analog input board - http://www.ti.com/product/lmv324
6 channel injector driver (also capable of driving ignition module/fuel relay/IAC)
CAN module
Project Frankenstein - full ECU shield
HIP9011 module
high side and low side driver module - TC4427
high side power switch - PowerSSO-24 & another high-side board on the same thread
breakout module
Communication module
12 channel analog board
12 channel injector driver
VR MAX9926 + knock module op/amp
power supply
stm32f4 MPU brain board 100 pin
DDPAK breakout (ignition IGBT)
38 pin NGC connector
72 pin Mazda connector
35 pin TCU connector
68 pin VW connector

Testing in progress
VR board MAX9926
Thermocouple input
TLE6240GP module - integrated low side switch
TLE6244 - larger integrated low side switch
stimulator board
stm32f4 MPU module LQFP 176
stm32f1 MPU module LQFP 48

Waiting for the board to arrive:

Looking for a volunteer to order new revision:
154 pin 284617-1 ECU connector

Work in progress:

Looking for help with a number of other modules:
electronic throttle body module
55 pin connector
MAP sensor module MPX

Not our stuff
stm32f4discovery dev board

Where to get these PCBs?
We are an open source project so all the hardware is available to be public, WITHOUT WARRANTY, under the conditions of rusEfi license available at license.txt

So, the boards:
You can order them directly from http://oshpark.com/profiles/rusefi or you can take the 'gerber' files and order them from any other PCB manufacturer
You can order some of the boards at our store @ Tindie

Nice, I understand that's fuel pump, all fuel injectors, and spark control, with OEM sensors. Good job and keep up the good work.

Just for comparison:
My DD 8bit 256kb ?Mhz
Arduino 8bit 16Mhz
Vems 8bit 16Mhz
MS-1 8bit 8Mhz
MS-2 16bit 24Mhz
FreeEMS XDP512 16 bit 40Mhz
MS-3 16bit 50Mhz (100Mhz on second core XGATE)
STM 32bit 168mhz

It´s a fast bugger.......

I guess a better way to document our stuff is using markdown syntax readme.md files right in version control system. github which is currently our primary hosting for files renders these readme.md files at the bottom of each folder - see for example bottom of https://github.com/rusefi/rusefi/tree/master/hardware

Everyone is welcome to contribute using github PR process!

Dec 2018 hardware status:

Help needed in many areas, namely KiCad 4 small PCB development, also gathering OEM cases info. Please respond here if you are available to help with small KiCad 4 work or just general internet research for OEM cases - at the moment I am really looking for a square-ish (not too short) and deep (not shallow like Nissan) 121 pin case. Looks like a few connectors share general shape - like 80 VAG/Bosch connector cases seems to be using same cases as 121 pin VAG/Bosch cases.

There are a bunch of cases on Alibaba. Don't look too expensive. Maybe $10 or so. Should I inquire?

Alright- I sent inquiries to "Espeed" and "Kinkong". They seem to be the Chinese ECU case guys.

https://github.com/openscopeproject/InteractiveHtmlBom/ is now invoked nightly and it generates these amazing interactive html boms:

Which board(s) have I forgotten about?
