Proteus no Logging sd card

The problem is that there are no logs on the card. Despite the fact that I can physically see the card when I first connect it via USB. I created a log with a DEBUG SD Card and I don't see the logging file entries

the problem is solved, the problem was in the NTFS file system. After reformatting the card to FAT32, the problem was solved. now Proteus keeps logs on SD CARD
