Test bench for mRE and others

Post by DanielGaviria »

Hello everyone, I want to show you this test bench that we built to test any ecu, it has physical components present in an engine.

It has:
4 Audi / VW coils
8 injectors of > 14 ohms
LS engine ETB
a couple of 0-5v pressure sensors
MAP
2 temperature sensors
Main relay
9 relay outputs
2 12v outputs
Tachometer
36-1 Trigger with VR and Hall sensor
10 analog inputs
Trigger simulator.

If it can be of use to you in any way, it is available for development, testing etc

It has an LED light that turns on with ignition output number 1, therefore we can see the synchronization and charging time of the coil in the trigger.

I want to support the project in some way, I don't have much experience in programming but I think I can support at least in documentation.

I am also working on a Dash similar to one I saw on the forum a while ago, it is still in the early stages, as soon as it is more advanced and with better practices for collaboration I will be sharing it with all of you!

Wow, that's a lot of work you've done! Nice.

Where are you guys located? What do you do / what's the wider context?

Thank you!

We are located in Colombia, my brother and I work mainly on a diesel to natural gas conversion prototype, for this reason we are looking to learn and use rusefi for electronic management, we also advise and install programmable ECUs in any type of vehicles! In fact, initially we are going to install an mRE in a Toyota Landcruiser to test well and learn as best as possible.
