Microrusefi problem
i buy new Microrusefi ecu, i connect 12v pin 5 and gnd pin 6, and pin 15 and 16 of usb bus, for testing ecu. but it no connect to pc and not light led turn on. and pin 44 of 5v output only have 1.5v

Lets remove everything from main connector and try mini usb cable?
With usb power does 5v reach 3v regulator? Does regulator make 3v?

just did it, but turn on led green for 3 seconds and laptop show overcurrent fault in the usb port.

3v regulator was a problem roughly once previously. Clearly some sort of hardware issue here

Try removing board from case bottom and connect to USB.
