Uaefi disabling pull up on hall?

I am testing a parallel install, I only have cam and crank wired up on hall. Currently reads rpm, until I get above 4500rpms or so, the engine starts to stutter and the factory ecu will throw crank codes.
Ive tried rising, falling etc, but my assumption is it has something to do with the pull up on Hall 1-3.
Is there an easy way to temporary disable the pull up, just to try it??
