Hi all,

I have found a seller on eBay selling a version of this board, that I wish to use in my Mx5 ecu build.

Could anyone tell me what the layout of the 'output' pins on this board are for? I.e. what is the intention for connecting this to your main ECU board? Other adapters I have seen for different ECU connectors use a standard 40 pin IDC connector for this purpose.
first post in this thread has complete files with the complete layout.

all our adapters are designed for wires soldered to the board, they do not follow any specific footprint. I believe we are not huge fans of 40 pin IDC in engine control applications but I am just a software developer.

Any volunteers to add silkscreen to the back side of the board? Current 0.2 revision is lacking in usability because of that.

Hi
Bought 2 of this almost perfect pcb for my use about 5 years ago (yeah I'm pretty lazy upgrading something which worked but now I'm in a hurry and get a new ecu almost ready to send) and I'm encountering an issue :

Wire don't go through the holes, I have to shave more than half the strains...

I've designed and finished an encolure, weld the connector, rev 0.3 looks better but will not match my enclosure.

-> any tips to use such 0.1 rev ??
Maybe some terminal to crimp with a straight thin "needle" that can be weld on it ?

Can you confirm the holes diameter ?

Thanks in advance, kind regards ;)
