We've recently made changes related to
https://github.com/rusefi/rusefi/issues/773
this is about unifying scale of corrections and adjustments. Right now we are debating what kind of announcement should be done at
https://rusefi.slack.com/messages/CJZ7LJFL1/stars/
Unfortunately we do not have a uniform opinion on how to approach such incompatible changes and the developer who did the change did not investigate user migration experience. I could be wrong and this could be totally unrelated.

Can you share your .msq tune file? It's hard to diagnose without knowing what the configuration in use was.
Also, did you upgrade from a previous firmware version, or is this a fresh, blank configuration?

I was upgrade from (working) previous version ...
(now is downgraded back)
As I'm understand it, it is not BUG, but it is change from #coef# to #percentage# ...
(or vice versa)
and TPS calibration is not working also ...
