please try installing https://github.com/rusefi/rusefi_external_utils/raw/master/DFU_mode/DfuSe_Demo_V3.0.6_Setup.exe
manually maybe this would get drivers installed properly?

I found a way to install the missing driver. I installed it manually from the device manager.
You have to give the path : C:\Program Files (x86)\STMicroelectronics\Software\DfuSe v3.0.6\Bin\Driver\Win7

Maybe You have so many old USB connections ...
Delete what you not used in Devices manager/universal serial bus controller.

The firmware update was successful.

Now the connection with TS is stable.

I just asked a question on SLACK about the blinking red/green Indicator in the Bottom right corner of the TS screen.

It seems that the problem is the automatic install of the STM32 bootloader does not work.

My red/green indicator in the bottom right is not steady green. It blinks red/green. So I asked if it is normal. Since then I made some test changes with TS and it burns correctly in mre so I think it is normal.

In your new video about programming you introduce the need to push the program button.
I didn't knew it when I program mine so I haven't done it but it worked!

In my video I was doing initial first time programming which is also emergency-things-are-broken programming, first time even from the factory button usage is required, that's "Manual DFU"

Your programming is the good-case-normal-user programming "Auto DFU" it does not require the button.
