I agree the board functions very well for the tests I made.
But if you cannot rely on the zeroing of the ignition (it is off almost 4 degrees) it is dangerous for whom want to re use a known tune.

With the trigger offset set to 90 or -90, does the ignition timing move with engine speed at all?

No this problem is solved, you were perfectly right with you understanding of the problem.

But, in the video that shows everything is OK, you can see at the end that the timing display is wrong (-3,6degrees of timing with a fixed 0 timing set up).

That is the remaining issue, because I don't know how to time correctly my engine. Is that - 3,6 real or an artefact?
I don't want to start a tune on an unknown basis.

That -3.6 is real - check your IAT/CLT correction tables in the ignition menu:

For now, zero those out, and you should see zero timing on the gauge with it set to fixed timing mode.

I've opened an issue on GitHub to revisit whether those corrections should be applied at all in fixed mode: https://github.com/rusefi/rusefi/issues/1246

Thank you for the solution.

I will test it when back from work.

I went ahead and changed the firmware so it won't apply any corrections in "fixed" mode. If you update, it should now use exactly the value in the "fixed timing" box when set to fixed mode.

I think it's better for newcomers, it's more logical and straightforward.

I agree - that's why I made the change :)
