This is an 18 tooth crankshaft. The starting RPM shows 0

You have to provide way more details for this to be a good question.

What vehicle is that? Do you have a picture of the trigger wheel? Are there any skipped tooth?

Progress!

Wheel clearly has one special tooth. Is that VR or Hall sensor? Your engine sniffer does not seem to show special tooth. Why do I see one special tooth on the photos but not on the engine sniffer image?

Yes, that seems like new trigger custom code. I can add once we gather more data.

Yes, the trigger mode is VR sensor

One of the teeth on the trigger wheel is long,TDC is located behind this tooth

I have updated the firmware and used the trigger mode, but the startup rpm is still 0, and I found that TDC is behind the long teeth, but not before. Does the startup RPM display have anything to do with TDC?

tdc is not relevant for rpm

please try "inverted" setting

please turn on verbose trigger sync messages on TS and provide messages from console

After I tried many times, starting RPM still didn't respond, and the trigger waveform was consistent. The latest firmware has been updated. But it has to be reset every time there is a power failure

There are two unrelated problems it looks to me:

1) something not great with writing settings, please start separate thread or write a video of how you write/burn settings, are you doing it while cranking? do you give ECU time to write with settings applied? hopefully your unit is not defective

2) please turn on "verbose trigger sync messages" on TunerStudio
Close TunerStudio, connect to rusEFI with rusEFI console - that's another tool from the bundle
in the "Messages" tab where would be a wall of text related to synchronization process. Please copy-paste that wall of text here.

instead of "execute "enable trigger_details" command" you can select "print verbose sync" or something similar in trigger dialogs in TunerStudio.

But the text output goes to console only.

My trigger decoder expect a higher magic gap once in a while - closer to 2.28

Maybe you need to flip your VR sensor wires or change the software settings to start responding to other front?

Just changed it a bit to "from 1.71 to 2.85" but that would not change anything for you, your values are way off what I expect. I could be wrong in my expectations.

The wire turnover of VR sensor has been tried, and the trigger signal has not changed. I still haven't solved the problem of unsaved settings. I have to reset them after power failure. This is my tuning file

I think it should be the setup problem of the tuner Studio software. When I run the software, I disconnect the power supply of the device and find that the settings have not changed. However, after I quit the software, I will be prompted that the current configuration conflicts with the previous configuration

Please set "Display logic signals" to "true"

Please remove spark plugs, crank it long and post both engine sniffer image and "verbose trigger sync messages" text

At this point I have no idea what is wrong where.
