Salute to everyone!

This is my first rusefi board and my first rusefi forum post so please excuse me if I am posting this in an inappropriate place or asking a question in a wrong way.

Recently I ordered a Proteus board from jlcpcb with STM32H723ZGT6 and when it arrived I first tried to install drivers from the button, but it said "../drivers not found". After that I tried to upload the .hex file from "update firmware" button but no luck at all, it didnt load the firmware.

Because of this situation I tried manually uploading .hex from STM32CubeProgrammer and in DFU mode it succesfully detected the card and uploaded the firmware. But even though the upload was succesful, board is still not detected by windows when it is not in DFU mode. The only difference hex code made is when I plug the USB cable in, now all 5 LED"s lighting up static.

I am now thinking that this is happening because of my H7 version, and besides modifying the hex, I cant think of any other solution. Any help will be appreciated.

Welcome to the forum!

h7 is more or less unsupported. You are pretty much completely on your own if you want to run rusEFI on h7. If you make progress please PR your improvements!

I am happy to make the fact that h7 is pretty unsupported more obvious I guess I just need help in finding the best place to make that announcement.

First of all sorry for the really late reply, I have been really busy with other things in my life.

Thank you for your answer, it is unfortunate that H7 is not common at the moment but I will try my best to make this Ecu work with it.

I decided to experiment with my H7 proteus board at the moment because it seems like there is no easy or quick way to make it work on the car. Meanwhile I experiment with it, I want to build another proteus board which is used by many others and kind of proved itself for to use it on my car.

Do you think for that purpose, which F7 or F4 series IC's going to be a good&proven selection?

part numbers from official BOM would be best https://github.com/mck1117/proteus/tree/master/export

STM32H743ZI works. Anything else, you're on your own.

Proteus has knock and knock does not work on H7. Proteus STM32H743ZI does not work to full extent of Proteus potential.
