I am still at the race but I should be back online this evening.
As far as I know, FRK USB is totally fine. Please check your soldering? The issue I usually had was soldering on the USB connector, to test it I've cut a USB cable so that I can check continuity from black-red-green-white wires to the board.
As far as I remember two capacitors on the D lines were enough to get usb running.
What does Putty show if you connect to FrkUSB? What speed are you using for console connection? Try with PB1 and see if DevConsole would be showing @ putty?

Hi rusEFI and KB1GTT,
Regarding to FT232RL of FRK.
I was wiring follow the schematic mmc_usb_1.sch update on 14 Jul 2014, below.
At the PC it can detected the usb COM PORT like this image is COM14.
I can update FT232RL firmware.
but I can't connect to the FRK via putty or Devconsole.
for buad rate 115200 like...
result is
for buad rate 38400 like...
result is
FT232RL chipset is Real, followed this link.

TS does not write data till you send a command - you need to type letter t in putty.
If you use pb1 jumper to switch ttl port to devconsole it would write data by itself, try that.

I've just realized you are using an unofficial version of FRK board, I wonder if your pre-0.1 version of the board has inherited the issue from communication module rev 0.1.

So, does your PC10 go to FT232 pin #1 or #5? Should go to FT232#5. If it does go to FT232#1 that would mean you've got a FRK version prior to the fix of this defect. In this case you would need to cut a USB cable and cross-wire green to white and white to green to work around this defect on the board.

I have been verified the CLT,
1. Set jumper for PC6 to PD1 (CAM) and PA5 to PD2 (CKP).
2. Opent Dev console via USB TTL and test sensors in dev console in command "analoginfo" and "tempinfo", the results like below...
"analoginfo"
"tempinfo"
3. Re-check a result with TS.
It look good but I'm not sure it is the right way to testing.
Question : The rpm have a relation with CLT. If I take hot air for add temperature to CLT sensor, It peak at 70°C and sometime at -40°C but I don't see "snow". Maybe we going to adjust the RPM for relative to CLT, Because now it stay on 1200 rpm.

This looks weird - the '(null)' part of it. At what point do you get (null) in the header?
So let's reset to default configuration - GND<>PD6, with default configuration you have you would have 'Ford Aspire' in the title.
Then you change it to your presets with 'set_engine_type 16', once you do that you get Mitsu in the title.
After you reset to defaults or change engine preset you want a new TS project so that TS does now override the configuration.
How did you get the (null) in the window title? That's strange. I am tempted to throw out a red LED in case of (null)...

It have spec like below.

These values are common, technically we need three points so I would assume 18KOhm @ -20C

As for analog stuff, MAP would go as "general analog n/a 500K", same as TPS
MAF - that's a different story, depends on what is your MAF sensor output if you have a MAF sensor

Today we test the TPS INP2 can not use it, but can use it in other input.

Seems like pressing the pedal on the car does not change the voltage on the TPS wire? Check your wiring, the voltage should change if you press your pedal

Seems like pressing the pedal on the car does not change the voltage on the TPS wire? Check your wiring, the voltage should change if you press your pedal

Not according to tpsinfo and analoginfo. Is it connected to the right input line? analoginfo should show different values for pedal on and pedal off and it does not now.

PC4 input voltmeter 2.24 pedal off , 0.08 pedal on
INP1 = PC5 same symptoms INP2=PC4
Test TPS INP9 @ PA0 ,OK

I need more information. Can you attach the full log file with this error? The log file I am looking for would contain 'FumberFormatException' in it.
