Hi everybody.
I am continuing my project and my goal is to use as much as possible ICs from ecus i have here. I want to use the supply IC CJ910/911 used in bosch MEG1.0 /1.1s. I will then hopefully redesign the rusefi back to the original MEG casing. I already doing some reverse engineering on this ecus. It uses CC195 for knock and CJ920 for power outputs. And BUZ100SL H brigdes for transmission motors.
My question is if there are any information on pinout/operation of CJ910/911? I cant find nothing on this parts. On the photo of PCB there are 30057 IGBTs desoldered, also the CJ91x and connectors.

You need to search for "Bosch 30343":nighthunter wrote:if there are any information on pinout/operation of CJ910/911? I cant find nothing on this parts.
Code: Select all
30343 = CJ911
System basis IC with following functions:
- 1 x ISO interface
- System: 5 V, Standby: 5 V, 5 V (operation), Sensors: 2x5 V
- Ignition, RPM-sensor (typ. glitch filter delay time: 12.5 µs), Sustaining control reset
- Switched battery: 1 x HSPS, Main relay control: 1 x LSPS, Signal drivers: 4 x LSPS, Ignition reset
- Overvoltage shutdown

1) Infineon TLE6361G
2) Bosch CY320
They are similar to CJ91x (but not the same).

TLE6361 looks interesting. Don't you know where to get several (no fake). Digikey and Mouser don't have on stock.

There is a minimum quantity of 28 for this order.

Same situation for Russian suppliers. Minimum quantity is 19. eBay sellers give no faith.russian wrote:https://octopart.com/search?q=TLE6361Dron_Gus wrote:Digikey and Mouser don't have on stock.

A bit of googling gives me another interesting IC - TLE7368. While TLE6361 is overkill, TLE7368 looks good choise to replace TLE4267 and batch of LDOs currenty used in my design.
