the question is what's the impedance of fuel meter (300ohm pullup to 12V rail + 0 to ∞ pulldown)
Without opamp (i.e. VIGN) the readings will be somewhat inaccurate. You may try increasing the resistance of the divider from 2k/10k to 20k/100k - perhaps it would be enough, idk...

got it. no sense in not using opamp then..

When we're measuring the battery voltage, we don't need opamp, because source resistance is low. But we do need it when a high-impedance sensor is connected (including resistive ones like tps and thermistors).
You don't need an op-amp for TPS or thermistors, OEM ECUs don't use them.

probably, they implement software filtering? (Kaman filtering?)

No, I'm afraid not, sorry... But I can export it into PCADv16-ASCII format, and you may try to import it in EAGLE if you want.
Don't know if it works though... Anyway, here's the attach:
prometheus-schem-pcad-v16-ascii.zip

Thank you for your effort for exporting the file. Unfortunately, i am unsuccessful to import from EAGLE. Which software do you use it? Can you share the source file? I want to experiment to modify the board. Is it allowed?

Would also be very keen to get a hold of the schematic and pcb files for this. Tried to import the pcad schematic into kicad but no luck.

Very nice work by the way...

Good news!
Mouser now has STM32F469VGT6 in stock! It's a 1Mb-version of STM32F469VI and it's 100% pin-compatible - I believe it can be used in Prometheus (not tested though)! Currently only the 1st Mb of flash memory is used in rusEFI firmware, so there's not much difference I guess...

Congrats on your first rev.02 Prometheus board! If you need any help or info on pcb assembly - just let me know.
Btw we have some helpful photos showing different stages of assembly...

No problem.
It's very kind of your encouragement Darxfame & Andreika.
I have been thinking about making a model for a long time.
I received PCBs a few days ago (impossible to have less than 10 lol) and the finish is TOP.
I received the first components, and I'm waiting for the rest including the STM32F469VGT6, I need to see the operation, the speed at startup of the card and the features (+ SPI).
At the moment, I have trouble finding the VND5N07-E, the ESD5Z5.0T1G diode, the BIP373 transistors, the 1.02K and 2K 0805 resistors.

I also ask myself big questions when I see how the card is small and the tiny components lol, I'm going to have fun.

But I'll take pictures as I go on, But I'm interested in all the information and photos during the manufacturing process

I have trouble finding the VND5N07-E,
You may try VND14NV04 instead. Perhaps they're more expensive but better. Darxfame did exactly the same.
Lyonz wrote:

the ESD5Z5.0T1G diode,
This TVS-diode is recommended but not required, it just increases the stability of MAX9926 (absorbs overvoltage peaks from trigger inputs)..
Lyonz wrote:

the BIP373 transistors
Yes, those are available mostly from China markets (aliexpress.com etc.)... :( But there're also several alternatives like BU941ZT or IRGB14C40L. Though I don't know if they are really good enough... Or maybe just google for "Ignition transistor TO-220" for more?..

the 1.02K
You don't need R70 and R68 if you're using a fixed-voltage regulator like MIC4576-5.0. See "Remark" notes in the BOM list!

2K 0805 resistors.
If it's R127, then perhaps you may try to put 2.2k there, but then you'll have to adjust vbattDividerCoeff parameter...

It sounds like you have a good plan to install the components. I do not know that plan, so forgive me if my suggestions are different. Here are some suggestions which might be of help.

-- If soldering by hand instead of in an oven, install the component with large heat slugs first. You have to apply lots of heat to heat up the copper floods. When you do, you can cause surrounding chips solder to melt. If that happens it is easy to accidentally knock off chips that you do not intend to knock off.
-- Install the power supply first, then validate it's generating the proper voltage. If you have some kind of problem, it is handy that you only have to look at these components while diagnosing assembly issues. By doing the power supply first, if it fails and generates more than 5V, it will not cause damage to other components, as those components have not been installed.
-- Install MCU components next, as well as a circuit which has an LED which can blink. There are many tight leads with this chip, which has a higher chance of failure than other circuits. If something happens with this chip, it could cause you to scrap the board. Scrapping a mostly empty board is beneficial. By installing a circuit with a blink-able LED you can verify that the MCU has been properly installed.
-- Install the MAX992# circuit next. Again tight leads could potentially cause problems.
-- Install remaining circuits one circuit at a time, such that if you need to track something down, you have isolated components to diagnose.

You know your assembly skills and assembly constraints better than I. Those are some suggestions, and good luck with soldering it up.

Here's the 1st section of PCB assembly manual (draft version):

Any feedback/comments/suggestions are welcomed!

Ingnition coils that work with 12v or 5v signal and don't require those big BIP .. like VAG coils or Toyota coils on plug

I know it does, maybe I'm not making myself clear, there are to main kinds of coils , those who need a big igbt and others that have an internal ingtor. This board looks like is designed for coils that don't have that internal ignitor. Frankenso in other is.

Try something like this:

And don't forget to specify pin inversion mode.

Thanks ! Maybe i could replace with a non inverting buffer ? Is the pcbs file available somewhere ? A suggestion would be have the option to popolete the BIP part or an alternative with 2 4427 since some coils need some more courent than the buffer can supply .
