Tunerstudio Refactoring

Post by 960 »

I am working at a TS refactoring, and have a .ini file here if anyone will try it out.

It's far from finished, as some firmware additions/changes are required

Any feedback welcome.

My current focus is https://github.com/rusefi/rusefi/issues/866 which I believe would contribute towards end goal of user-friendly general purpose PID.

Good!

Gp-pwm maps are among the most needed additions for this to be complete.

I have a new .ini file with more added and fully working.

Also waiting for TS to add the 1d array support to replace the curves.

I have also made some different dashboard layouts I will post here.

I am currently trying to add presets for all the most common sensors + injectors.

Here are a typical dash for tuning

Just go to File, Vehicle Projects, Project properties and select the .ini file.

Or you can create new project, and load this ini instead of the .ini you normally use.

For the dashboard, just right click mouse button and select load dashboard at top of the menu.

A new .ini with a little more fixes and more added.
(Accel Enrichments + Spark Edge)

EDIT: I have been uploading the file with Pin-mapping.
This would be the right ones:

Can someone change the ignition pin mode to Falling and Rising in firmware?
(Instead of default, default inverted...)

Today we also got support for 1d arrays in TS.

This is very useful when tuning cold start, and work with several arrays at the same time.

A little more cleanup and changes.

Scaled the factoring to be % for corrections. (% Of normal fueling)

When connecting to board with this .ini, choose "use controller settings".

(Actually % of cranking base fuel pulse width for some of them, dont know how to change)

Started some rearranging/grouping in full pinout.

(these gauges added by Matt are really helpful to tune the ETB BTW)

Thanks!

Trying to simplify a little, it can be confusing :-)

Have you tried the .ini file?

I would also like to add presets for ETB's, so the part-numbers/type can be in a drop down.

If someone could make a initial preset would be great. (I dont know how)

I would also like to add presets for injectors and sensors, as I have pages of values for anything possible.

If someone could show me, I can do the job.

I dont suppose this layout will be used, but I am sure some parts could be useful.

Extract this and put in your Tunerstudioprojects folder.

Let me know if/how it works.

If TS performs too slow, just right-click some of the dashes at the bottom and remove them.

You can also remove some gauges at some pages to make it improve.

If there are any bugs, or you want any changes/additions to menus, let me know.

You have to use TS Beta for this to work as it should.
