rusEFI use in aircraft

I tried to post about my project, using rusEFI in an ultralight aircraft. I had no idea until my post was rejected that the EULA prohibits usage in "manned aircraft flight"; however, the ultralight falls under an uncertified section of the FAA. (part 103) We do not have to have a licence, training, or certification of any kind; our equipment can be made from cardboard, and can be purchased on ebay for all the FAA cares. Can I use rusEFI in this case or is it a blanket "manned flight"? I'll be really bumbed. rusEFI was going to be the final solution my problems.

does "not approved for" actually mean anything other that you are completely on your own we take no responsibility what so ever?

I think he's not interested in getting credit for people falling out of the sky. I think he's ok looking side to side to see if you're going to run him over. He just doesn't want to have to look up to see if you're going to get him that way.

I used to spectate at a fly-in in Portsmouth NH. There was a guy there who's plane was made mostly of street sign posts, blue tarps and snowblower motors. That guy was a legend.

I'd suggest good old reliable carbs. Lots a failure points induced with fuel injection. Lots of extra weight and lots of extra problems. Problems during take off = death. I suggest reliable over slight improvements in fuel efficiency.
