Tune Note: The car has been driving pretty reliably with this tune.
I seem to have remedied the lean hot starts by dialing back the Cranking base IAC position to 33 instead of 36, any lower would cause the car to stall out on the initial start.
I also adjusted the idle region closed-loop fuel correction and the car is hitting its target 14.7 afr at idle much more often when fully warmed up.
I am still dealing with lean spikes when giving the car throttle input at idle and low rpm. I believe the issue is within the TPS/TPS extra fuel
