Hi
I made 4/8 port canbus hub with common power rail and canbus end terminator resistors.
The 4 port project can be found :

The 8 port project can be found :

Can be used as all 8 ports on one bus or set two independent busses with independent or shared power rails.
Personally, I use 8 port hub for two-speed can busses (250kbps and 500kbps), 250kbps bus use 5v power rail where 500kbps use 12v power rail.
