This is my project. I´m converting a 50cc sachs engine to 100cc Efi.
Original engine is like that

Only for fun, and to do different. One old bike like a fresh bike.skeeters_keeper wrote:Neat project! I like my air cooled motorcycle (Moto Guzzi Breva) for simplicity.
Some day I may try converting my carb'd '90 Kawasaki Ninja to EFI just because, but for now the carbs are doing a good job.
What is the motivation behind the changes? Or "just because"?
kb1gtt wrote:Nice. Looks like you are going liquid cooled as well. Do you know what pressure you get from that fuel pump? It looks much nicer than what I did for my small engine. Do you know what kind of current it draws? I'd bet it draws less than mine is drawing.
Original 50cc. I will use a yamaha cylinder head. Oxigen sensor i don´t have , i can´t use it once this engine is 2 stroke.rus084 wrote:you engine was 67cc ?
now its 105cc
new cylinder looks much better, and the scavenging ports quite effective.
yes, quite unlike the cylinder GY6 1P40QMB
you'll make a new cylinder head?
Oxygen sensor to put you?
You only need ~15 components to test VR inputNumber-One wrote:My Frank board isn't ready to test.
